A friend sent me this one as an inside joke, because I am always quick to spot transsexual or transgendered people. Don't ask me how I do it, its uncanny. Usually something about the bone structure of the face, neck, and/or pelvic area (the way the femur attaches to the hip, and the abdominal musculature, if visible) tips me off; also the facial expression, and the eyes. I only guessed three of these sixteen photos incorrectly-- I think that's pretty good.

Let's see how everyone else does.

I don't know about you all, but I get a tremendous kick out of those episodes of the Maury Povich show-- where he has transsexual and transgendered people and a few real women come out onto the stage, and the audience has to guess whom is what!
