This is the cutest, weirdest-looking dog!

I found this clip on YouTube a minute ago, and was thinking others might find this little guy strangely appealing, as well. His disability reminds me quite a bit of human Down's Syndrome. I've fallen in love with this ugly, yet somehow oddly-cute beastie!! How many of you would also be willing to adopt a special little dog like this one?

Sadly, special animals like Wiggles get passed by, when it comes to finding a forever home. I think he's adorable, in spite of his oddness-- as a matter of fact, that's what makes him so endearing to me. What a face!
