I think it depends on the person who is wearing the piercings...but I do tend to have a thing for lip piercings, multiple ear piercings, and gauges (not huge ones, though).

I'd have to shave off part of the chin hair, yes.

Raev - A simple small spike should look outstanding. Nienna had one like that when I first met her. It was teh sexy. I don't like the ridiculous long spikes that much but a subtle small one is hotness...
