It is my understanding that people with certain disabilities and/or disorders, such as Down Syndrome, have very low fertility rates. I have heard some say that this is to prevent the spread of their genes -- a 'natural' form of "engenics," if you would.

In a way, sure, it would be nice to get rid of certain disorders, but that's nearly impossible. If you think about it, all of us have at least one thing that's "wrong" with us. If we wanted to create a perfect world with people who had no form of disorders or disabilities, we'd have to resort to breeding people in laboratories. Not only do I work with people who have disabilities, but I also know people with all sorts of "problems," and I love them for who they are. I have friends and relatives who wear hearing aids, have diabetes, have autism, have Tourette's, have speech impediments, have physical disorders, have a mental illness, and all sorts of other problems... and I can't imagine them any differently.

I do think that we should try to breed assholes and bitches out of the gene pool, however. People who thrive on drama, hurting others, and bringing others down to their own miserable level have no reason to exist in this world. Sorry, but it's the cold, hard truth.

Now...that...(if it was genetically isolated)...I may be able to get with implementing a mandatory gene therapy kinda' thing...

im more in favor of a place that has a iq restriction on joining. it be a great test to see how future generations fare.
