True. But without it, even people with a legit medical reason can't use it legally. And with it.. You still can't, until the federal government changes their laws or perhaps someone fights criminal charges to the Supreme court?

i read in the papers a few months ago that a guy had to drive down to detroit or find other ways to gte pot cuz his wife has MS and the doc's sid pot has been known to help *wink wink* so he obtained it illegally but it did relax his ailing wife so how should the law see that??
