I'm curious to see what the terms of his parole are...

Coming from a legal stand point, what he said was a threat which violated his pobabtion.

Months later, he wrote an article in a Chicago newspaper, People’s Tribune, saying the judge who handled his case, Alfred Butzbaugh, could be punished by God with curses, fever and “extreme burning” unless he changed his ways.

In June 2008, another Berrien County judge, Dennis Wiley, sent Pinkney to prison for three to 10 years after finding the threat against Butzbaugh and his family violated the minister’s probation.

Just because he said that "God" could do it, doesn't mean it wasn't a threat. His free speech ended when he threatened someone.

I saw it as a "Warning"...but I guess a "Warning" is the same thing as a "Threat" in "Legal Terms"...

..I lost a job once because I "Warned" someone not to talk to me in a certain fashion...

...several times...

THEN he did not stop...so I "Warned" him he was taking the whole thing beyond acceptable limits & that the next person that was going to talk to him was my boot...(I got fired)...
