I've no family to speak of, either. I have invaluable friends whom I consider family, but that's about it.

I has no car either, otherwise, that is a lovely offer for dinner, I'd be more inclined to pick up some dgn-erates so we could join ya....but transportation is a pain.

I will be working 6a to at least 3p due to things needing to be done at work. As for dinner, I dunno. Maybe I'll grab stuff after work to fix tomorrow.

I usually pull call on Thanksgiving and Christmas. The family I want to see have been gone for a while, so I usually pull call so that others can have time with their families, a rare commodity in residency. I have been doing it for so long, that not having to be on watch on these holidays is going to be weird.
