Lets Make Holiday Cards! and MORE!

hi there!

anyone interested in getting together to make cards for people for the holidays? There are other projects we have ideas for such as making a glamm'd up picture for your loved one. This is great if you dont have crap to buy presents with! Dollar tree has alot of scrapbook stuff PERFECT and they are realy cheap other places too. or just show up and mooch lol If you SUCK at this stuff, hopefully you'll have ALOT of help

I was thinking we will meet central to everyone that is going. like Caribou in Royal Oak (which royal oak is a bus-line depot so if you dont have a ride its easy to get to) or Bigby Coffee in Canton, or other places

Post on here when you are avaiable the first week in december if you are interested share your ideas too!

well, you already know that I'm gonna be there.. and Royal Oak (if we do it there, that is) isn't that far from Chris, we could either pick him up, or he can walk there, or whatever... lol (I talked to him about it..)

Confession:

I was printing some pics out for that project, and the damn thing stared printing them PAGE SIZE (and I mean some that were suppose to only take up a few inches on the page...)! and since some of the pics were actually big, I didn't realize it till it had waisted a lot of inc... I was so damn mad!!!! erg!!! so if the printer seems low on ink that's why... Believe me, I didn't want it to do that.... if everyone had been up, I'd been shouting and cussing up a storm...

so yeah...

but I got what I needed... I think... I hope....

instead of a card, I think that I want to do a poster collage.

If anyone is looking for anything specific-special papers, certain stickers, etc... Let me know what your budget is and ill try and make a trip to the scrap book store or joanns. Payment do at the get together please!

GRG... Does chris WANT to do this or do you just want to see him? Lol. Looks like royal oak or ferndale might be the best if I can get a big table reserved unless they are ASSES!

How does everyone feel about doing this a weekday evening this coming week??? what weekday evening is besto for you??? I was thinking we could do this in Novi. its still pretty close to you guys, about what, 20 minutes? I was going to do it in Royal oak but they wont save the big table for us :( we know the manager and people in the novi caribou. really easy to get to! 96 and beck rd. about 2 miles on the other side is 275 when 696 ends. I can get to redford in 20 minutes from there, and maybe 25-30 from 94 and 7mile.

let me know ladies! still trying to gather more people or does not this sunday, but sunday the 14th work better? its the day after Mr beau's picture party, so if you wont be too tired from there and maybe city, we can shoot for about 2pm that sunday. or 7pm on a weekday night. let me know!

AAGGGH! I will be out of town December 12-14th, so I can't do it then. I'm booked up this weekend too. Novi is far away from me and my poor car is having a hard time keeping up with the demands I put on it as it is, so I think I will have to decline. However, I'll probably make some on my own, and I would love to see what others come up with, so PLEASE share your masterpieces before mailing them to their lucky recipients. Thanks.
