i work at a pizzeria.. if i ever work a 2nd shift for a DIFFERENT pizzeria my boss will fire me..

our Coke delivery guy has been pre-warned by the Coca~Cola Co. that he isnt allowed to drink Pepsi in public while working or -- termination.

they call it conflict of interest, i think..

What this is known as is bullshit.

I should be allowed to consume whatever product I desire regardles of whoever I'm working for. Lets say I got a job driving a marbaro truck. I don't smoke. I doubt that would stop them from giving me a job if I applied.

from the coke guy thing... i could see getting flack for drinking competitor product on the clock... even though it's completely stupid, i can see the argument.
