Although I'm enjoying the lower prices and doing pretty well financially at the moment, I'm still trying to save more than usual. Who knows when the prices might go up again...

True, in some places. Here in New York, our taxes have kept it just over $2. I guess what I mean is that it might not be under $2 for a long time. I want it to be, for sure, but I don't trust OPEC and Big Oil enough to believe it until I see it.

And OPEC doesn't trust each other to simultaneously lower production to increase the price.
