Their motorists and hot dogs...two things from Illinois that will kill you without a though because they lack brains and the ability to use traffic signals, common sense, the brakes, the steering wheel, mirrors, and lanes. Of course some of those things don't apply to hot dogs but I bet the Illinois government would give hot dogs permission to drive if it helped them make money.

It doesn't really surprise me that this happened.

I bet there are alot more politicians on the take in this country; IMO, in some cases, a financial contribution to a political campaign is nothing more then a legalized form of bribery.
