jynxxxedangel Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 I have become a die-hard Dan Gibson fan in the past month or so. His music consists mostly of soft piano and guitar, combined with nature sounds. Dan Gibson bio on Wiki With this one, imagine yourself lazily paddling a canoe down the Au Sable, Fox, or Rifle River-- on a sunny summer day.. Splash Of The Paddle-Dan Gibson *ahhhhh* Now, we cut to a rain-sprinkled copse of pines, in spring; the solitude of the rain is accented with the cries of eagles, ravens, and songbirds: *melts into a totally-relaxed puddle of mush* You get the idea-- if you need to relax, Dan is the man!
jynxxxedangel Posted December 10, 2008 Author Posted December 10, 2008 Imagine a beautiful cob swan with his pen, both gliding peacefully in a pool beneath a small dam's fall; their necks dipping gracefully into the water from time to time, to dabble for bits of plants with their bills.. *so relaxed, I can barely move*
Bernadette Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 This would be great used with yoga breathing techniques...
Head Wreck Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 its best to vary your surroundings when practising your yogic breathing otherwise your subconscious may get associated with common environmental elements.
