DarkVampire Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 I haven't lived home since 1992. I have recently purchased my own place to live after wasting money on apartment rent for many years.
jynxxxedangel Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 I suspect that the reason there are so many basement-dwellers, is there are lots of 20-somethings on the board-- who are going to college, and trying to save a buck or two by living at home.
Black Jack (1) Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 After 17 i left without looking back coincidently she left me when i returned r.i.p.

She is the love of my life and she has just accepted my marriage proposal! I never thought I would find true love, this is all happening so fast! Lucky for me she is ok with living in my mother's basement, but I am going to have to sell my '78 Pacer Wagon in order to afford her plane ticket......... A sacrifice I am willing to makethough! I have the utmost confidence that our supreme love will conquer any hardships that we may face, and that my newfound job of selling second hand electric donkey bottom patters will allow us to purchase our "castle in the sky." I've only known her for 12 minutes now, but it seems like we've known each other our entire lives! Oh I love her so much!!! Thank you Gothic Match!!!!!!!

Mouf Breathah Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 no but i do hear a weird vibrating sound Oh. I wouldn't worry about that. She's probably just brushing her teeth.
Scales Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 I survive in my parents' living room, when not hanging out for days at a time at friend's houses or dorms under invitation. I gave my room away when I thought I was moving out last year which is a long story. I don't go to college, but I recently was paid to do a bunch of college quizzes for a student who's over fifty. I lead a strange life that would drive most people into a permanent state of mental insanity.
