This is supposed to be a collaborative effort between the photographers and models, as such they both contribute $$ for the organizing of the event. Also, make sure you check with your photographers about usage rights. You will likely sign a model release that may or may not dictate usage rights to the photos you get from the photographer. Most will not expect you to be using them for a commercial project and they may ask for some sort of payment if you want to do that.
