Michigan city bans being annoying in public

a year or two ago, i got something in my e-mail forwarded to me.. don't know if its true, but I found where someone had posted the article online (some of the cut versions of this article date back to 2006)

Annoying someone via the Internet is now a federal crime.

there must be more to this. the interpretation is kinda wide.

if this is a anti-stalker law then yes i can see where it applies. but i do not think its geared to that. if its a law that protects small buisnessess like in royal oak, from those people who are in your face about god. and you know that whole your all damned to hell thing(iv heard stories but dont know how severe), i can see somewhat how that works. specially if the buisness is being intentionally hindered bye people who are against it. but theres louitering(no spellcheck, dont know if this browser has it) laws the police could point to.

this could just be a law that instead of getting rid of it. could be completely ignored bye the general public. unless its a very severe cass that involves a stalker. police might utilize it if people end up annoying them. but i think there is other laws that police can point to, like hindering police buisness or whatever its called.

now if this happens in a park where lets say someones playing some music, and the lyrics althou may not be cussing is generally controversial, and the people can just walk away, but instead called the police, i whould be very annoyed if this went to court or fines. parks in my opinion are still public forums. just as long as your not completely rude and intentionally stalking them
