I think that is a good part of the problem of why we are in this situation. Not just the housing market. I think the two are tied together though.

I really wish the Republicans would have ignored the hysteria and stuck to their opposition of this piece of shit. I wish McCain had pushed harder for over-sight to be included in it and I wish Obama would have not pushed so hard to pass what ever was put out there.

Yeaappp...+1. I already don't like Obama either, and he's not even in office yet . I heard many dems regret voting for him because of certain recent actions and stances. FOUR MORE YEARS everyone (what it's starting to look like to me)!
