wolfsheim english fanpage!

so I am only one of the few( english speakers) who post on the wolfsheim forum

I have been asked if i couldo a english fanpage ! now my question is

who should I go with when I make the fanpage

I have never really made one before .. but I am willing to try to make a fanpage and all

all help and ideaas and information woudl be greatly welcomed!!
