Every new release sees me grow more distant of a fan. The new one is continuing the trend. I played "Cant Change the Beat" on New Years Eve at City. Good dance tune for sure. Love the samples in Spit (Happy Pig Whore). Can't help feeling a lot of the vocals are 'forced' a bit much ala heavy metal. I think he's fallen into his established (is it predictable yet?) sound very well with the new release. I scored the limited version with the bonus disc. The tracks included on that bonus just sound like filler really.

Anyways, with that said... I haven't spent much time with the disc. Expect it to grow on me and given some club play will probably develop a deeper appreciation for some songs.

Yeah it takes some growing to fully appreciate it. I've been a big fan of IOC for a long time and Combichrist is good, too, in my opinion. I think this album is definitely better than "What the fuck is wrong with you people?". I mean Combichrist is far from my favorite of all time, but definitely in my top 15.
