February 27th Luna in Royal Oak will present a night of Industrial mayhem and debauchery. Four bands for one low price, several hours of music. It will be a diverse night of different kinds of talent featuring;

-The drumming, screaming, chanting apocalypse of Servitor Sanctum 7

www.myspace.com/servitorsanctum7

--The driving electro/industrial metal madness of Robot Says No

www.myspace.com/robotsaysno

-The Sinister psycho-electro freak presentation of Los Minstrels Del Diablos

www.myspace.com/losminstrelsdeldiablo

- The relentless on-stage assault of Detroit industrial veterans Cybertrybe

www.myspace.com/cybertrybe

There's a little something for everyone.

If you want to catch Servitor Sanctum 7, you'll have to be there by 10.

Cybertrybe will be wrapping up the night with a nice long set, so if you miss us, that's reason enough to stay the whole night.

Apologies to TaysteeWonderBunny who has actually showed up to the last two shows, and has still not seen Servitor Sanctum 7 perform. Soon enough we have lots of shows coming up :)

Well this is something we all should do more often - some say the scene is dead and I have to disagree with that. Some of the best groups in this "genre" I've seen are right here in Detroit. We need to not let the "DJ's" kill us - we need to show that this is something we can and have been doing live for a very long time. (No offense to any DJ that has played our music) lol

This is going to be a great night and I am looking forward to it very much. As I said in my post promoting the night - I finally get the chance to be a little artsy again and throw out stuff we haven't been able to play in a long time. We like "fucking around" with covers - this starting in the band "Feed The Kitty" that we we're all in before we resurrected CT again. Half the set will include some of these covers and I think you'll all like them. We have a little Korn, a little NIN and more plus of course... new and older music by us - CT. I have put some new twist to some of the older music that I did just for this show and can't promise they will be done this way again so get ur arsses down there and check it out. I personally love each group that will be gracing the stage and look forward in seeing them all live.

Luna is a great place for LMDD's visual performance because they can tie right into the house projector. However it's a boneheaded move due to the yuppies and the music. Unless Paul can play ball and get a little more industrial in his alternative mix, which if he does will piss the yuppie crowd off more than they already are listening to the crazy bands. My advice to all the bands is pack light and carry stuff out between each performance so that things aren't PACKED there. It's a small venue and tends to get crowded.

I do plan on going to see the awesome bands, and to see the entire thing possibly blow up in their faces. I hope the show goes off without a hitch though. I'm also expecting them to rope off the pool table area for equipment, again.

WHAT!? There will be yuppies there!?

On a serious note, what do you mean by "blow up in their faces"?

I mean the yuppies (it is royal oak after all) throwing a big hairy fit. Or the amount of bands packed in the place (sure it's only three but equipment change overs there aren't easy because of the layout) causing an issue, especially if the place is packed with people (too stupid to move out of the way) because of the location of the mafia booth and the side door/pool tables depending on if you take the equipment out or not. I think of that place like I think of Mephisto's when it comes to live entertainment. It's really not laid out for it and generally just a bad idea if you try to have any more than two. Although I remember LMDD fitting nicely into a corner at Mephisto's with their gear so it might just work out fine. Like I said I can see problems happening, but it doesn't mean they will specifically. Or maybe I'm just spoiled by I-Rock's easy setup of the load-in door being right off the stage. I will say I do like Luna's live setup they have now though. You shouldn't have any audio problems except maybe with the sound guy, bring your own if you can.
