I went. I danced. I saw a WHOLE BUNCH of people I haven't seen in a long time.

The eternal and I were there. The music was great, but we left a bit early because we were tired. We enjoyed chatting with people and dancing.

I got there a bit late, went to rollerskating first. I had a good time there! Came to City, brought my friend Allyson. It was her first time at a club, I think she was all right and had a good time. I tried to introduce her to as many friends as I could, trying to break some ice. I met bean and eternal for the first time. I saw lots of other DGNer's as well. It was a pretty good night for chatting and dancing. I let Calix borrow my Alanis Morissette hoodie when I got in. You're such a doll! Allyson and I left around 2 and went to visit a friend staying at the Atheneum hotel in Greektown. I got in there and felt a box in my right pocket of my hoodie. I took the box out and it was Calix's cigarettes. I felt bad because it was a new pack and I couldn't get them back to her. I am sorry hun, I will try and get you another pack or some money for them! It was nice talking with you and StormKnight! Stormknight-Thanks for the back and hand massage! Saw a lot of others briefly throughout the night. I liked most of the music and danced a lot. I had a lot of fun! <3

Had a feelign there were other DGNer's there whom I have not yet met, but not certain.

It was fun. The tourists seemed to be farily docile. I danced with/talked to a "stripper set" of female norms (def: blonde, tall, slim with big boobs & skimpy outfits) who wanted to experience the local "wildlife" regulars--they were cool & harmless. The vibe was decent with a good mix of old & new music. Drink of night night--the G7's & S7's.

Spent most of the time on the dancefloor, kissed my friend Susie Soundwave goodbye, & drove leisurely home.

Hope to see more folks there next time....

It was a really fun night actually. Really strange. I went to Drag Queen Bingo beforehand in Royal Oak with some of my girlfriends (we all showed up wearing pink, it was madness!), then kidnapped one and brought her to the club. Unfortunately, she didn't want to wear her pink poofiness to City, so she changed before we set out...otherwise you'd all have been exposed to not one but two weird frilly chicks!! XD Anyways, we showed up around 12ish I think. To make things even crazier, people I knew from high school were there, so I got to hang out with a bunch of people at City who I never see there! Yay! I don't know whether it was the whirliness of new faces around me or what, but I got pretty drunk off of 2 large drinks and a shot... I had the same amount (same drinks actually) last week and didn't feel drunk. Oh well. XD It was really fun though. I was all twirly and whirley and such. XD Danced a hell of a lot, ran around a hell of a lot. Very fun. They played Bauhaus and life was good. We went down to the diner for what was probably far too long and got home very late, my poor friend Ambre getting a little lost downtown on the way. DX But everyone made it home safe and okay and it was a good successful night! Yay!!

For the record, drag queen bingo is recommended.

I can't believe we didn't get a photo with the drag queen with our own cameras... Actually I didn't have a camera at all (I forgot it at home OTL) so I had to steal this one from my friend kC, but nonetheless...
