About to go turn in.  I have a long weekend of clean out ahead of me.

About to head down to the recycle center to do an early morning drop-off.

Just getting back in from a full day of errands and making sure everyone had what they needed.  Now I'm about to eat dinner.

About to make and take a nutrient and antioxidant mega dose.

 

Everywhere I went yesterday was full of people without masks, people wiping their noses and touching things without sanitizing their hands, people coughing into the air without covering their mouths...it was like a horror movie about how to spread germs the fastest way possible while blaming it on "seasonal allergies".  OK, seasonal allergies, but still, I don't want to touch things with your bodily fluids all over it, whether or not if you believe you are or are not contagious.

 

It's like shooting a bio weapon and not claiming responsibility because their is a vaccine/cure for that.
