TronRP Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 About to set up project relays...I have about 3 days to work before rain starts so I have to get a temporary shelter built. Then it's about 1 week of perfect construction weather...yay...
Class-Punk Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Not to clear on the "inner nerd" thingy, but I am a bit old school...currently playing Zelda a Link to the Past... I still have never beat that game, I was on the very last level. Ironically the Zelda games I have beaten are Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Windwaker, Minish Cap, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword.
TronRP Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 About to go get a late night (or early morning) snack and watch some El Tigre around 4am or so.
TronRP Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Since yesterday was basically a bust after the sun went down, I'm going to try this all again: Errands: CVS, Bank, House Check On Your Mark...Get Set......GO!!!!
TronRP Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 About to begin plotting my course of action for tomorrow. Must start construction no matter what...
TronRP Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 First I have to program appointments into my calendar then I will charge my phone...it's at 35%...not good when you're on-call 24/7...
TronRP Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Schedule rearrangement causes for bill pay setup instead of outside project...winds still going...
TronRP Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 About to finally get around to taking care of business...being off a prearranged schedule is too distracting and opens you up to a bit of laziness and procrastination...*raises hand* oops...guilty as charged...
TronRP Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 Well, about to hit the sack, it has been requested that I get some sleep so I will be alert come sunrise...
Class-Punk Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 I need coffee, so, I will ignore the desire to take a nap and boil up a GREAT SURPLUS.. *nodding off*
TronRP Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 Watch Deadly Women. Thanks *makes break for remote...hands shaking* must...watch...ID TV...
TronRP Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 I need coffee, so, I will ignore the desire to take a nap and boil up a GREAT SURPLUS.. *nodding off* Beware of "WAKE UP YOU"RE POTS ON FIRE!!!"
Class-Punk Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 Beware of "WAKE UP YOU"RE POTS ON FIRE!!!" What always happens if I don't use two filters is the filter gets clogged and it takes forever for it to sink into the cup. So now I'm sitting around waiting. The worst that can happen is if I totally forgot about it all the water would evaporate and the grinds would start burning.

Oh...I'm so old fashioned I have a stove top burner percolator...
Class-Punk Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 (edited) Oh...I'm so old fashioned I have a stove top burner percolator... I didn't know those exist. I use a saucepan. After simmering for around 5 minutes I take it off of the heat and wait till there's barely if any steam. Then I put a rubber band around a filter on a large plastic cup, and pour it in. Its easy cleaning. When I need to reheat it I put it in a coffee cup and nuke it out of laziness. Edited January 11, 2013 by Class-Punk

I use the same grounds up to 3 days or until the blue starts forming across the top...

If caffeine withdrawal is looming and I will attempt to drink tea and/or scour the house for anything chocolate.

That's why I throw an extra scoop of grounds on top with each day's perc...it's just that you can only get away with it for so long... Edited January 11, 2013 by TronRP
