I believe so, the bank rep was eager to assist, even gave me the company's updated contact information to insure I could reach them. So I started slamming their voice mail box with a ton of the same message from me since they stated it would be 24 hours before I could expect a return call...

I'd be standing in the bank waiting for them to deal with me and explain why they are allowing someone to do steal from me. I had to do it with another account I had years ago. Turns out the only solution they offered me was to cancel my debit card. It worked, but I ended up having to change all my information to other accounts as a result.

As for now, I'm going to get some Fritos.

Standing in the bank was not necessary, the way my bank is set up now, everything is handled asap. My bank card was being targeted by a company I had previous arrangements with, that company sold the information to another company and the new set up started taking out the wrong amount. The bank was able to setup a suspension on my card so that company can not process anymore payouts, however, they have the ability to put money on the card...
