So my friend Elise told me this page is pretty sweet and since I basically have no social life since I moved home from school I figured what the hey...why not? I'm probably the easiest person to get along with in the world. I'm good with feeling welcome so anyone who's up for the challenge....^_-. There's a little about me on my page but basically if you want to know something just ask me.

Current location?

Gender?

Male

Work?

Oil change, for now. Despite 2 years of schooling, if you have 10 points on your license, some shops just won't hire you. ^_^

School?

Graduated Addison High School '06 and graduated Ohio Technical College in Automotive spring of '08. It was an 18 month program going 4 days a week, 7 hours a day, with a grand total of 4-5 weeks vaca a year.

Kids?

Not that I know of.

Married?

Not there yet.

Single?

Very much so, and growing rather bored of it.

Hobbies?

Talking to people online I can't talk to elsewhere. Movies, both theater and home (I have 290 or so DVD's, all purchased legally thank you ^_^). I love to drive, enjoy working on cars, going to Denny's anytime after midnight and before 6 AM. I do enjoy drawing, though for some reason I have trouble concetrating when I'm not ignoring a teacher or blowing off my work. I also dig music and I love to sing.

Umm no idea on other stuff.

You have GOT to be kidding me.

I heard the reason we get away with higher speeds here is that its sorta pro auto industry...people buy more and faster cars...?

wtf I almost can't believe it! Oh well Just wanted to say I feel for you on that one.

Hope when your points go away things change and welcome.

Well I got a couple tickets when I was in Ohio for school. It's just a bummer because any shop that's backed by an insurance company has to run your license, and if you have more than 4 or 5 points, they see you as a risk when driving customer vehicles. Even though they're not accidents. Oh well. ^_^ I go down to 3 points in May and back to 0 next February.

Ah that makes sense. I guess you get drug tested as well?

do you do side jobs?

I did have drug tests though they were never a problem to pass. Goin on 21 years clean in 2 weeks.

I have done side jobs, mostly oil changes, brake jobs, nothing major. I don't have the space or tools for like engine overhauls or full rebuilds. I'm still working on that part. I could have my dream garage for about $15-20k.

This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...

Well we were supposed to leave last night, but life has a way of making plans for you. I'm about to get up and get ready to go on our vacation. Had and still have a lot to do.  Not easy to just up and leave a ranch with a lot of animals and things that need taken care of. We even have people here to watch and tend things while we're gone, but still.   I had to change the radiator in my car before we leave - got that done last night. Took a lot more out of me than I thought it would, so by the time I finished I had little energy for anything else. Today I just have a couple more quick things to do on the car, like cleaning it and packing stuff. Couple of minor things to do around the ranch today, as well.   I figure we should be on the road this evening sometime. I'm looking forward to it. We're going to see the wife's side of the family, people I actually like,  in Vegas and AZ. Should only be gone for a few days, maybe a week. Going to the Grand Canyon and Lake Mead and all kinds of stuff in between, so I'm pretty stoked. I LOVE the Southwest.   Wish me luck that my car survives the desert! (Hence new radiator) 🤠👍

Sometimes sleep can be a scary thing.  I passed out so hard at 4:54pm today.  Yesterday wiped me out with rentals, appointments and helping a lost dog get back home.  Fortunately, I found him on Facebook and contacted the owners and he was picked up before nightfall.  But I think I totally overdid it and paid for it today in the middle of handling business.  Thankfully it was some work at home stuff.   I definitely do not like being that kind of tired.  It's like the World could end and I'd wake up afterwards trying to find out what happened.
