Suspect in baby murder on interstate denied bail

TAMPA -- The man charged with murdering a baby by throwing him out of a window on Interstate 275 Tuesday has been denied bail, booking records show.

Richard Anthony McTear Jr., 21, faces counts of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, battery, burglary and kidnapping, as well as several charges of battery, child abuse and false imprisonment from prior warrants.

Deputies say he fought with his former girlfriend, Jasmine Bedwell, 17, early that morning before taking her 3-month-old son, Emanuel Wesley Murray, and throwing him out of car window. The baby was found dead. McTear was arrested after a four-hour search.

McTear remains at the Orient Road Jail.

..yup...he should be punished by convicts...as I can not think of an appropriate punishment..other than maybe throwing him out of a car (going fast)...the car is going fast to generate a breeze...'cause it's in Death Valley...
