Goddamn people are insane. Just because it's rooted in tradition and ritual doesn't mean it's a good idea. In fact just because it's rooted in tradition and ritual should mean it's a HORRIBLE IDEA! The universe is change, which is about the only constant in it.

The only good rituals I know of have to do with preventative maintenance. Like washing the car and checking the fluids, backing up your data, taking care of the house, exorcising etc... and if you can automate these tasks or make it so you have to do less work, AWESOME!

Seriously though I need a bunch of those and a pit encased in glass. I know a few people who should be dropped in.
