This place is supposed to open sometime in 2010.

Two nights on dry land, on the resort's island; and four nights in rooms with an all-encompassing ocean view (24 suites, and one luxury apartment), forty feet below the sea, safely nestled inside the lagoon in the centre of a coral atoll. Guests either have the option to arrive by the resort's twin engine aircraft, complete with private pilot; or they can sail in on their own private yachts.

It's a measly $30,000 starting price, for a double-occupancy, 7-day, 6-night stay, with the suite package..not even including travel, meals, upgrades, incidentals, or gratuity.

This is just crazy insane! I want to see REAL PHOTOS of this place, not CGI!

Boy I wish I was a rich fucker with money. I'd spend it on something sensible like a nice nuclear powered submarine if i wanted to go underwater and hang out.

there's a smaller version of this off the Florida coast. not nearly as pretty (or as big) as this one, though.

If you have $30K to spend on this, then you could probably care less whether travel was included or not.

I want to go scuba diving around there and peek into people's rooms. lol
