I was up at the jail over here on Elizabeth yesturday

anyone know what its like it there and why people in the back building sound like they are being tortured?

Is that where they hold the mental ones?

Is that where the holding cell is? If so, they just go nuts whenever they see a civilian. I took a tour in high school. I was undressed with my eyes. 23 times. And they were also quite noisy.
