I am not snobby. I'm selective. There's a difference. One says, "I'm not going to talk to you because superficial signs suggest you are not worth my time." The other says, "after getting to know you, experience suggests that you are just going to drag me down and hence are not worth my time." Not the same thing. I give everyone a chance. Sometimes it blows up in my face even.
