Actually, the hat isnt really out of character, I just never owned one like that.  I long to own a 3-piece suit, look corporate with the hat and all....... I have one item scratched off, now for the pants, blazer and shirt.  e.e

Ssooo...... about my bustier..... the Ren Fest sells them too but those are the genuine article, not a wannabe shirt with a built in bra. ;_; Hot Topic goes cheap and fake with corsets, bustiers and the like, but hey, take what you can get right?
