Did it not come laced? There should be 2 "rabbit ears" at the waist. You pull the loops. The top string should tighten the bottom and vice versa.. they usually send them laced... I can get you a link on how to lace it if you need it. .

It's laced. I just didn't know why it looked like that. Sad.....
