but it is in Hamtramck, about a block or two north of Holbrook.

It is sort of small but it is 3 (or 4?) stories tall.

I havn't been in a while but I used to go every sunday when Gleek was there (he is still there but not on sundays) and he used to play the BEST music in my opinion, lots of future pop/synthpop and some industrial.

I will always like that place, and Gleek is my friend but I really do consider him the best DJ in the world as far as what he plays, even if I didn't know him I would say that.

I have yet to hear Scary Guy but he seems to have great taste in music as well.

I've been thinkin of goin cuz alot of cool people like Farril say they go there I'd probably have to ride with homicidal heathen she goes there alot I'm interested in dungeon nights on first wednesday of the month. Do they play lots of underground and goth like cc BS9 bro?

On wednesdays we do up EBM/Synthpop on the 2nd floor (the main dance area). and Alternative/Goth/Industrial on the first floor (with some karaoke time from 11-12 usually).

And I have been practicing my garbage songs too....boo hoo.

Size is a huge factor with that. The first floor dance floor is a tad small but the second floor is a good size.

Whoa, Dungeon Night is the first Wednesday of each month, this is the second one. Still going to be a blast though.

I've been to Mephisto's............ maybe around 4 times and each time I've enjoyed myself. Definitely a fun place to go.

Scary Guy plays some good playlists, I havent left disappointed yet.

You definitely MUST check into that club.

There's only one downside and that's the neighborhood it's in. Hamtramck aint the best place to be at night, however, the club itself is kept pretty clean, and not just in sanitary terms. I myself have only seen one drunken asshole there. Yet, despite that, I've seen NO barfights whatsoever.

Must be because the owners look like Mafia men..... they look like people you dont want to mess with. oo;

But dont let that scare you. They are very friendly and if you ever have a problem, they listen to you and make darn sure issues are settled. =3

Yes very much so. You can get away with underage drinking like you can at CC but as far as non alcoholic stuff we've got tons of cola, red bull, and we just got Jones Soda earlier this month too.

Uh-uh. Mephistos does Top 40 on Friday nights... Mainly because they're not that big into the scene yet and they still need to turn a profit. If you're going to be here for a wednesday, DisturbedMania hosts gothic/industrial karaoke night...
