That's disturbing. You could have at least said "absinthe" or "gin and tonic."

I'm a total chocoholic. Even just the smell of chocolate improves my mood. :drool

Sushi, gluten free pizza, ice cream, ben and jerry's especially. They tend to pick the mood up.

Lebanese raw kibbee is my go-to comfort food. Whenever I am feeling soul-sick, I crave it by the bushel basket. That, and sushi.

I have sooo many

Eggy Bread, microwaved cheese and branston pickle sandwitches, and refried sunday dinner veg with steak sauce.

these are things my dad and I made when left unsupervised on a DIY day.

I have also been introduced to blue steak, sushi, and my wife's cooking

Oh yeah, I forgot about chocolate. Most definitely a comfort food.  :)

Like most, chocolate. Fatty foods like fast food burgers.

Breakfast foods, most specifically crispy hash browns with sausage gravy on top

Or a combination of peanut butter and chocolate.  This brings back childhood memories of doing something special with my mother, because I'd actually done something to earn her good favor...

      About to head up to Roseville to return this rental and pick up my truck from the auto shop.  It is supposedly sporting a newly fabricated frame rail...I don't think they are referred to as "chassis" anymore as I see the confusion in shop owner's eyes when they ask me if I'm looking for "body work?".   But I do find it interesting that I told the owner that I worked direct with OEM parts and yet he still wrote me up an invoice with overpriced OEM parts from companies I used to host at the place I used to work for.  With that said, I'm expecting a stellar job for the amount I paid.   ...else, there will be some talk negotiations.

      ~~~~~ Definitely wishing you luck.  Do enjoy yourselves.   But I have to admit, the first thing that came to mind was does roadside assistance reach the desert? 😬
      ~~~~~ Yeah, it's like something happened to my metabolism this past Winter and when I came out of hibernation, that AARP Join Request started looking like something to check into.

      This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...
