Every time he gets out in the workshed He is suppose to call so I can come tape it he never does.

The fact I have to wait till now to harvest most of my seeds...and its now cold and blowing. Cant use gloves or lotion cause they stick.

My hands look like shit. Hopefully I am done before the cracking and bleeding start.

Ouch... I'm glad I bought before the credit crisis, but in good timing for low pricing. It takes forever when you have a budget under 50k. If you were closer I'd give you contact info for the people that helped me get a loan. He was in shock I was finding nice houses under 50k. My house was 45k and totally (most of the time) worth it!
