I just e-mailed this article to my psychology professor this morning because we were talking about this very subject in class. It's an interesting subject.

People need to let their kids be kids instead of trying to turn them into little prodigies. So now that we know Baby Einstein is a scam, do you think they will pull it off the market? I say probably not.

Ha... I have a horrible attention span, and my parents didn't put me in front of tv until after I was 2 when my sister came along. Dunno if the high IQ can be contributed to that or my mother's insistance that she count and read to me on an ever constant basis before the siblings came along.

Eh, my son never watched the baby einstein videos, but hes been playing on nickjr.com since he was 1 1/2 and actually, its taught him a lot.

i still watch nick jr....i like i enjoy watching dora and boots go on adventures, and not letting swipper swipe anything

i actually kinda gotta watch it from time to time...baby sitting a 3yr ole from time to time...

Haha, my mom does too. Just because shes soooo used to having it on. I like Nihokilan or whatever. Haha, nickjr by far beats disney, they actually teach stuff.

i agree lol...i dont mind it to much though...i like kids so its fun to watch em laugh and giggle but still be able to learn at the same time
