yes as long as they suit your face hell even if you wear a bad pair I can get past it and see the person behind them

however

there are so many stylish affordable frames there is no need to look geeky

they steam up anyway and usually come off

but especially on an older guy they make you look smart, distinguished...

I dont think the 'four eyes' stigma still applies

and the right pair of shades is hot as well

It all depends on the person, I don't wear glasses but in the rare situation that I have I've been told I look attractive wearing them, but it depends on the glasses. I think it's simply because it's something different. Though over the years I've known people that totally do not look good with glasses, or people who stop wearing them for contacts and it just looks weird. My Dads wore glasses his whole life and now he has contacts, just seems strange to me! lol

Glasses are fine, but I think that they're irrelevant most of the time. I'm more attracted to someone's facial features, demeanor, mannerisms, etc. My boyfriend wears glasses most of the time, and I think he looks great in them.

If I am interested in the person, then it doesn't matter to me whether they are wearing glasses or not. My fiance wears glasses, and I am equally attracted to him with and without glasses.

In terms of noticing strangers strictly by looks, if I saw two guys who were identical in every way except that one was wearing glasses, I would probably gravitate very slightly toward the one who wasn't wearing glasses, but once I've spoken to someone, their looks move down to the bottom of the list of things I notice/care about.
