KatRN05 Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 (edited) Does anyone remember the case of D'wan Sims, the 4 year old boy who supposedly went missing from the Wonderland Mall on December 11, 1994? This friday is the anniversary of his disappearance. His mom, whom I believe is reponsible for his disappearance, has since moved out of state. She also failed two polygraph tests in relation to her son's disappearance. Edited December 7, 2009 by KatRN05
Lillylu29 Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 yep I remember..... seems like they let this case just fall threw the cracks :(
bean Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 I remember that case. The mother did seem really shady.
pomba gira Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 (edited) I remember it well. My feeling at the time was that the mom had not intentionally harmed the child... but some accident or negligence occurred and she freaked and tried to cover it up. Of course, we'll prolly never know the truth. Hopefully his little spirit is someplace happy, playing with Precious Doe. And... although I do believe the mom had at least something to do with it... polygraphs are total 19th c. pseudoscience. There are excellent reasons why they aren't admissible evidence in court.
