There's a lot of "patents" out there that are nothing but nebulous hot air. This is awesome.

Thank goodness there's still courthouses in America where the judge actually has sound judgment! This is awesome news.

Right. Good call. Companies can "patent" genes the way Newton "invented" gravity.
