No surprise as they dont have them in England either. Sasha totally digs them here and thinks they would be a hot buy there.

Apart from the Indian touches to the menu not too surprising. Working in Mexican restaurants you see a huge Indian clientele almost on a regular basis. Of course, this was authentic Mexican food. :wink

Far from all Indians are vegetarian, so this doesn't surprise me. Yes, some castes of Hindus are precluded from eating meat, but many of the rest of them (especially the Muslim and Christian ones) love their cow. Anyway, given the liberal use of spice there, the "Fire" sauce should go over like ketchup.

I figured that's why many love Mexican food. Places I worked, we'd get a lot of Hindus and Sikhs so the dishes were always vegetarian.
