I am though interested in going to another place as well instead of CC,a cleaner place as well.

CC is not the cornerstone of the goth/industrial scene in Detroit anymore IMO.I am all for a new Saturday night hangout.

Far from it for quite sometime...in fact, there is NO PLACE that seems to be this scene's cornerstone...perhaps it is time for our whole scene to speak up clearly, & declare that we need more than 1 playground...Honestly, CC was boring the shit out of me before I got banned..& I almost did not go back, I actually just popped into the bar because they were being to whatever they were being to open the lobby bar{which USED to be open every Sat.Night} (probably cheap or petty) when I was at an event in the ballroom...

NOTE: they started making peoples go in THROUGH the club just after that...

But there wasnt a big dance floor like CC... which is the down side... it wouldnt have pulled in that big of a crowd.

Someone mentioned doing something at clutch? PleasureKitten had a monthly thing going on over there for a while, I am pretty sure it died out though (due to lack of attendance -_-) Maybe you could convince them to start it up again.

They should build a balcony off the second story on the back of the dance floor. They can knock out the blacked out windows in the corner for access to the balcony. How much can some boards and plywood cost for that.
