Eevee Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Its look fine on mine...a lot cleaner looking with a new border, actually.
GothicRavenGoddess (3) Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 your nuts lol I hate the new border. it looks... "too much" like its not needed...
Tyger Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 your nuts lol I hate the new border. it looks... "too much" like its not needed... agree!
Rayne Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 (edited) Looks fine in Safari. Adding that I am running Mac OSX Snow Leopard with Safari 4.0.4. Edited May 17, 2010 by Rayne

VISTA *slowgerk* Thanx GRG...I could not nav that process... TROY...just you get to it when you can..I would not want to push you, so close to the edge...
torn asunder Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 windows xp sp3, running firefox, and i've got to scroll as well.
Troy Spiral (13) Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 Definitely a problem. Ugh. Unfortunately its not an easy fix. I'm guessing if you just increase your screen resolution it will display fine , but it needs to be fixed, cant expect everyone to change their system setup for one website.
GothicRavenGoddess (3) Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 yeah, my resolution has like only two settings, sadly... 800 x 600 and my current setting of 1024 x 768. I'd love to set it to a different setting, but I can't lol

Yeah...or even expect me to know how
Azeuron Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 (edited) Just don't remove the other new features... the quotes looks so much better now and the Emoticon menu is easier to manage now... Edited to remove quote that wasn't supposed to be there anyway... Edited May 18, 2010 by Azeuron
Msterbeau Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 The new quote boxes look awful. The border looks awful. The emoticons coming up to the right side of the writing/editing window works horribly compared to having them above the window. Yech. If you need something to replace the current border (Assuming it can't be removed) I'd be glad to contribute a few ideas...

If you need something to replace the current border (Assuming it can't be removed) I'd be glad to contribute a few ideas... While the color might be unfortunate of the quote boxes, I think it is a great deal easier to read... The emoticon box I always had trouble seeing probably due to some browser issue without it getting cut off and half of them being inaccessible... so the new one is an improvement over what i was used to.

Azeuron Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 if you scrolled up a bit, the emoticon box popped down instead of up, and you could see the whole thing. I tried it... I think it just doesn't like the browser i'm in at work... stupid old out-of-date machines
Simon Bar Sinister Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 (edited) DGN Messenger notification doesn't seem to be working now, either. D: update: the e-mail notification is what's not working. sorry for any confusion. update2: e-mail notification seems to be delayed? they were there...just a while after the messages were posted. update3: looks like everything's right again Edited May 20, 2010 by Simon Bar Sinister
Rayne Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 Phee says the Toshiba is doing the superwide thing in the dark version. The white worksafe mode doesn't. It's a Windows XP netbook and he was using the newest version of Firefox.
torn asunder Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 if you scrolled up a bit, the emoticon box popped down instead of up, and you could see the whole thing. not for everybody - it never moved for me, rendering fully half of the emoticons inaccessible.
hunhee Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 I don't know, I guess I just don't like changes, and this is a change... *starts nervous twitching*
StormKnight (1) Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 For me, it actually seems supernarrow. It used to scale to the width of my screen. I will hold opinion until the boffins in software hack out things a bit more.
Rev.Reverence Posted May 20, 2010 Author Posted May 20, 2010 not for everybody - it never moved for me, rendering fully half of the emoticons inaccessible. Same here...I had to use me memory I like the supernarrow DGN...so slim, like Peter Murphy or Ogher (however the fuck you spell it) on an H-binge :
candyman Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 I like how the new DGN is right now. I can access all the emoticons although I don't use them all that often and I kinda like the border... Instead of Superwide DGN can we get a Superfly DGN? Or does this count?
Azeuron Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 (edited) it does now adjust to the browser window size but it still only takes up approximately 80% width of the browser... perhaps a bit less... there's still big black blank bars on either side... Edited May 23, 2010 by Azeuron
