I think it's fine that they recycled an old school. I don't really like that they allowed it so close to homes but it's the same on 8 Mile in Detroit. Not that that's good either...

They have an issue with a strip club that doesn't sell alcohol, that's only open 3 days a week because it's in a school...BUT the biker club down the road that's in the church is perfectly fine. That makes TOTAL sense to me.

I just find it really hypocritical that they are having a shit fit over a part time strip club just because it's in an old school. I've partied with bikers/bike clubs, they're usually the bigger problem in the long run.
