I have a room available at 31650 Schoenherr in Warren and require $300 a month plus half of the utilities. I am a 31 year old man with a 5 year old son, so smoking is only allowed in the rented room or outside.

  Just be careful not to fall into the money chasing trap. It may pay better, but if you're going to be miserable the entire time, it's not worth the few extra dollars.
