Well, they got the epithelial layer. what is going to be the challenge is the generation of the the organ ghost. Right now, it still requires nature to make.

However, instead of lungs themselves being transplanted, they can ghost donor organs down to the matrix and use stem cells to grow something that doesn't require as many immunosuppresants.
