Reaper Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 It needs more rocks of course but I needed to see how the flow of water came and how the liner would hold up. Unfortunately it was a bad idea to try and glue 2 pieces of liner together as I kept getting a good leak out of the side. Rather than dig down any more, I decided its time to pull the old one out and put in a new 1 piece. But this is the progress so far. The waterfall starter is made out of a Lowe's storage box with pvc fittings on each side. Cost me $15 to make vs $75 for a Tetra-made box.
the eternal Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 I like it a lot. I think we may need to have a party at your house so everyone can enjoy it up close
Reaper Posted July 18, 2010 Author Posted July 18, 2010 I like it a lot. I think we may need to have a party at your house so everyone can enjoy it up close Oh there will be eventually. My brother is doing a lot of mudding/sanding work on the house while he is here so I can get some projects finished up and clean the inside of this place before the party. Right now its full of carnage and white dust from sanding. Can't wait to finish most of this sanding stuff. I am thinking that if Sasha comes to the US again I may have it around then which is near Halloween. We will see what happens.
