FarrIL Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 So what got me thinking this was partially the fact that my roommate and I were looking at apartment complexes in Bay City. My ex's mom already offered to put the word out that I would be selling my house for some extra cash and that'd give us a boost financially. Got my first phone call yesterday, actually. Well, one of my mom's fears came about today: Flat Tire. My first ever flat tire. Thankfully, neighbor friends being home and the fact there was a junk yard just down the road that sold used tires... tire fiasco has been fixed. My tire is slightly bigger than the rest but the deviation isnt by much. Anyway, getting back to the moving thing. My sister has been nudging me the past couple of months to consider moving back downstate. There's more places to job hunt, my family lives down there, etc. I'm closer to activity.... just, in general, it seems so much better down there. So, a few days ago, my sister says "Hey, we found this huge house in Metamora! You should really move in with us!" Well, I finally decided that I may just take her up on the offer. I owe my roommate some money (because he was paying the majority of the rent since April) but regardless, I'd be paying 1/3rd of the rent and utilities. But, I'd be back in the Lake Orion/Oxford/Ortonville/Metamora area. Not far really! So I go down to Oxford tomorrow and discuss stuff with the sister and pass out some resumes. I may very well be moving back downstate!
FarrIL Posted August 18, 2010 Author Posted August 18, 2010 Well, the tire has been replaced. It just need to have it put back on as a back tire because not-matching tires in the front, on a front-wheel drive car, can mess up the transmission. =_=
FarrIL Posted August 22, 2010 Author Posted August 22, 2010 "Might" becomes "DEFINITE". I AM moving back downstate and have to be out by the end of the month, because that's when the new homeowners want to start moving in. =)
