DJDeadbeat Posted September 6, 2010 Posted September 6, 2010 LoL, I got in a bad fight that night.... Was it with one of the many skinheads that frequent psycho shows in Detroit?
MarsDustDoug Posted September 6, 2010 Author Posted September 6, 2010 Chop Tops opened for Nekromantix and the Kats opened the whole show at the stick. this will be the Chop Tops fourth time in Detroit if im not mistaken. maybe 5th. I go to pretty much EVERY psycho show and the ratio of skins is pretty well... null. There are EX-skins but very rarely are there "practicing" skins. now go to a Canadian psycho or rockabilly show and its the "skinhead retirement program" up there.

I always imagine a lot more skins in Detroit, as it was a working class/blue collar city...but the last Chop Tops show I was at there were a lot of bone heads there. Mostly SHARPS. But I saw some "bone head" skins there. I'll always get a kick out of racist skinheads at rockabilly shows. Pretty damn "negro" based form of music, right there buddy.
