Who: Leland City Club, in Partnership with Zombie Walk Detroit and Gleaners Community Food Bank

What: Zombie Ball, a charitable event to benefit the Gleaners Community Food Bank by collecting canned food goods in return for a discount on cover at Leland City Club all evening Friday Night. Bring in two canned goods per zombie, get $2 off cover all night.

When: Friday, October 8, 2010, 10:00pm - 4:30am

Where: Leland City Club, 400 Bagley Ave, Detroit, 48226

Why: Gleaners resources are at an all time low this year, and every bit is really going to help out many families in need. Dress like a Zombie, Donate food, and feel good knowing that you are making a difference!

This event is "ZOMBIE THEMED", Dress to KILL ! ! !

This Special Event is the pre party for zombiewalkdetroit.com's Zombie Walk Against Hunger which takes place the following Sunday, Oct 10.

When you come in, there will be collection baskets next to the staff by the door.

Question, isn't Friday night cover $2 anyway? So if you bring in two non-perishable food items...does that then render cover as free?
