only question i would have is, when they pass by, do you address them as "sir" or "ma'am/miss"? or does it just depend on the attire they're wearing?

Usually they like to be called the sex they are emulating, so if it's a male to female you would call them miss/ma'am and if it's a female to male you would call them sir.

I would hire anyone as long as they are hard working and can do the job that I hire them for.

all I have to say is asians have it the easiest when going m2f. I wouldn't take a second glance at any of them. also I hope other airlines don't discriminate with transexuals they probably do though.
