Hello, I'm actually looking for some fun info on a type of Peircing I recently found. In the pic I'll post, there will be 3 types. I'm looking at the Top Tribal through the nose, and not the bottom nose ring. I'm wondering What size that would be, what is it known by, would it leave a large hole (Thinking Gauge) and how much would that cost on an average estimate.

Looks like a standard pair of nose piercings, with around a 14 gauge septum spike in them.

Yeah, those are two separate piercings. Gauge is either 16g or 14g.
